Chick starter grower 18 %. I added b complex to there water cause I read on here that it could help. She went one day without the seizure. Then She started having them again.I I read it's possible that sucks with a little tough on the back of her head could have neurological disorders. But then some people said that's not true? What are your thoughts?

Aww poor little girl

She's a good looking duck (is she a blue runner?).

I have also heard (and am convinced) that crested ducklings (with that little tuft of fluff on their heads) are prone to genetic disorders and neurological problems. @jenniemig has a lot of experience treating issues with her crested (https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/857143/treating-wry-neck-in-crested-duckling-edited-title)

But there are plenty of cresteds that don't have issues. So before you take that as your answer, what exactly are you supplementing the diet with and what are the dosages that you're using?

Are there any fumes or toxins around (like soiled bedding/too much ammonia, soap residue in the water source you are using, etc.)?

Just some considerations that might help you problem solve.

Yes she is a blue runner no fumes or toxins. I do use the pine bedding but stopped cause it became so messy. Is it possible the bedding could be toxic?@TracyLovesDucks

I am so sorry that your duckling is having problems!

Recently I have read several posts with issues similar to yours. Maybe if you did a search in the forum you could connect with one of the OP's and see what their treatments were. I have a crested duck that I treated for wry neck, which I believe was caused by a neurological problem. It is possible that it was a vitamin deficiency, but she has a VERY large crest and has a good portion of her brain that protrudes from the hole in her skull. Crested ducks have a portion of their skull that is missing and are more likely to have neuro issues. I treated her wry neck with polyvisol without iron, selenium, and Prednisolone (steroids). After 4 weeks of Prednisolone she is over the wry neck, but is still a little slow. Her adopted siblings seem to be more advanced than she is, but she's catching up.

Please keep us updated on her. Anything that you try be sure to post so others can learn from your experience, this forum was a HUGE help for me when mine was sick.
