Selenium dosage?

Hi, my chicken has wry neck and i am wondering how many mcg of selenium I should give her. She's an adult hen, 5 pounds. I gave her 400iu of Vitamin e already but I can't see any recommended dosages of selenium. I have 200mcg tablets. I just wanna be sure I don't overdose her. Thank you in advance

Selenium easily overdoses so sometimes it's best rather use foods high in selenium such as scrambled eggs. However, I have used the dosage in the link below on a few wry neck birds with no problems.
