self blue booted bantams?

Does anyone here breed or know of a hatchery who sells Self Blue Booted Bantams There is a photo of a gorgeous one in the "What Breed or Gender is this" section.

I love that color- am not particular about the bantie or standard size though. I love the feathered legs and feet too.
What possibilities are there out there for finding eggs or chicks with this look?
