self sufficeint farming

who all does it.....I mean raising and processing your own pork,beef and chicken,or whatever?


I am looking for your curing and smoking secrets,if you would like to share........

No curing tips but we are meat sufficient at this point. We have buffalo, chicken, turkey, and a few ducks in the freezer we did ourselves. It's very rewarding, especially when you can raise enough to help your community eat well too.
