I don't know the answer, but bet others in Georgia can give you the info.

Try posting on the "Yo Georgians" thread under the "where am I, where are you" forum.

Your county Agriculture Agent likely knows, they are quite helpful with poultry info.

If you could visit an auction, the folks there will definitely know the answer.
