Selling coturnix meat?

Well, I'm going to be getting jumbo coturnix in for meat/eggs (and for pets to be honest). Does anyone sell their excess quail meat? What do you sell it for? I was thinking of selling it by the whole quail, cleaned and dressed, but I'm not sure what a fair price would be. The whole chickens from Perdue brand are generally around $5 in this area, if that helps with comparisons.

They have quail in Bi-Lo here in the frozen section. I haven't actually looked at them since the prices went up but they used to be $17 a box and I think there were only 2 or maybe 4 in the boxes. I will look next time I go.

I bought 4 to a pack at Publix for 7.89. They were delicious!
