Selling Eggs in South Carolina

Does anyone here from SC sell their eggs at places other than at a stand near the farm? If so, what kinds of licensing/permits do you have to have? How do you go about getting the proper permissions?

I am above you in NC
Go to your Dept. of Agriculture website for South Carolina
hit the Poultry/Egg section

there are phone numbers to call and info right on that page.

I did that and then called the top egg man in Raleigh to know exactly what my requirements were......barely none other than I had to have new cartons for sales at the farmer market, I had to put a sticker label on my eggs containing X info that is required...etc. very reasonable for my state.
