I just won a bid on everything else for sale,when the reserve was not met.I recently sold an apron with a reserve on it,the reserve was not met but the buyer was sent a message that they won the bid,i let the apron go to her,so when i seen this little towel i bid on it not meeting the reserve price,well i was just sent a message that i won the auction,something is wrong.

The emails are automatic.

If your reserve is not met, you are not under obligation to sell at that price.

This is something we are looking into.
