I have been building quality birdhouses for a few years now, with any several themes. I put a lot of effort and detail into these, notice on the example how every shingle is hand made! Name a theme and I will see if I can do it! All the wood used is genuine oak, and the shingles are treated balsa wood! They are more of collectibles, but I can weather proof them to make them go outside. The cost for materials is $15 dollars, thats the minimum you have to pay.
