selling house on owners contract

In Kentucky so any advice would be welcomed. I've boughton on contract, never sold. Since it's the kids' inheritance, I don't want to mess it up.

Where would I find a contract? all suggestions welcomed.

Do you have a specific buyer? We did a kind of land contract/assumed mortgage with our old house. An agent took it over and did a rent-to-own with someone. The only bad thing is the mortgage still shows up on our credit report (they pay on time though), and it took over a year to get the water & sewer bill out of our names. Just make sure to dot your "i"s and cross all you "t"s !
