Selling Processed Quail?

For those of you that sell processed quail to people, what kind of price do you get for them?

I depends on the processing. Usually $5 for a skinned bird and $8 for a plucked bird. If you skin vs pluck you will see a great difference in cleaning time. Some recipes call for a bird with skin, but I only do that upon request. The great thing about quail is that nobody buys just one!
