On my last bunch of quail I had 2 customers that bought all the eggs the poor things could produce. I have a bigger flock in the incubator now. I have the permit on the wall & I am legal . NOW ., I need to know how some of y'all sell several dozen eggs a day --maybe 6+ dozen. I usully sell by word of mouth but quail eggs are a little differant . My hen eggs go like hot cakes. I want the quail to take off. what about resturants?
