Selling Ring-neck Pheasant chics.

I was given about 12 Ring-neck Pheasants eggs from a buddy. I hatched 8 of them and they are about 5 days old now. I just ordered 120 Jumbo Quail eggs and will need to get rid or sell my baby Pheasant chicks. Are you required to have a game bird license in Florida to only sell only 8 chicks? I want to list them on Craigslist but thought I would check here about any laws that would prevent the sell. Just need to get rid of them, but thought hey why not try to re-coup some of my cost on the Quail eggs.
