Semi-urgent Cockerel or Pullet?

This speckled sussex is 4 weeks and 3 days old. I have had a gut feeling that he/she is a roo for about a week now. I'm not sure why, but I just feel that way. Today, I noticed that his/her comb had grown considerably (almost overnight!) and it is larger than the other two chicks of the same age. It is also slowly turning pink.

What do you guys think? If it is a roo, we need to get another chick and hope for a pullet again. Thanks!
