Semi-urgent Cockerel or Pullet?

Here is the same chick, now at 6 weeks. He/she is definitely the leader. The others follow her around and do whatever she does. It's funny to watch!

This is my speckled Sussex at 5 weeks. His comb is much larger and his waddles are coming in. I think yours is a pullet.
