So glad you have found help here in the past and your bird recovered! Oh, chickens LOVE centipedes! We have giant pedes here, 6 or more inches long, 1/2 inch thick, the tiny feet have pincers. Chickens go nuts chasing each other around when one has a pede in their beak. Absolutely gross things, but birds love em!

I am so sorry! Many of us grieve longer for our beloved pets than we do a human, and I'm one of them. Having other pets never replaces the one we lost, but it helps! I hope so in your case too.
