Ive got Buckeyes due to hatch on the 3rd of April. So far Ive done three hatches over the last year all with about a 50% hatch rate. The Buckeyes were shipped... I received 17 (thank you Buckeye Dave

) One had a small crack so I discarded it.

I still concider myself a beginner at this but I candled on day 11 I could see good veining and movement in 9. Im happy with 9 out of 16 thats just over 50%. I went to the feed store yesterday and heard all the little chicks peeping.

I had to tell myself to just get the feed I needed and go home.

Gosh 21 days is seeming to last FOREVER!!!

I moved them to the hatcher last night and candled one last time 12 looked really good.
