Sedna's calm, calculating eyes scanned the area as she perched in a tree, taking everything in. She decided to preen her chest feathers after she saw that no prey was hanging out nearby.

Tempest decided to take a detour, and soon spied a bird below. She coasted down to find out if it would join the setinels.

Melody soared in the sky, and saw two birds flying below. She didn't want to run into any trouble, so she slanted her wings, and coasted higher. She was just about to fly back to her cave, when she saw a flash of fur below. She hadn't eaten that day, so she decided she should try to get some food, and just ignore the other birds below. She tucked in her wings, and dive bombed the small mouse. She reached out with her talons, and snatched the mouse. She killed it with a swift peck.

Linnae was a few trees behind her, still preening. She wondered what the bird had spotted below, maybe something to eat.

Tempest had not spotted something to eat, but was flying under the trees to attack Linnae.Her original thought was enlisting more birds for the coming war, but as soon as she had seen Linnae she knew she must attack.. She had seen her do some business with dark powers.

Summer yawned, deciding to find somewhere to take a nap.
