Very helpful! Some very handsome ducks you have! Do you find that the hardware cloth is better than chicken wire?

Ill just say from my own experience there is no comparison between the 2 Hardware cloth is top notch.

Hardware cloth is way stronger. If you're making night shelters then use hardware cloth. For daytime pens chicken wire would be fine, and cheaper. I've read that raccoons can make short work of chicken wire.

I will have to get some hardware cloth then. Whichever one goes in will be sleeping in the pen too, so I want it to be as safe as possible.

It's kinda expensive, but worth it if you love your ducks like I do. The cheapest I found was at TSC special order, but Amazon has it too.
