separating for breeding

I have Plymoth barrred rocks - pullets and rooster Also Black Copper Marans pullets and rooster. They are all in the same run and have started laying. I am going to separate them fo breeding purposes. How long will it take for the fertile eggs to become pure breed? I'am sure they are mixed right now.
