Well the boys have started after the girls so it was time to separate them. I now have 1 pen of jumbos with 8 hens 2 roos. One pen of 5 week olds with 9 or 10 hens and 2 roos. A pen of the light colored ginger fawns with 8 hens and 2 roos,one of these roos is the normal brown color. That leaves 14 roos in one pen togeather for the time being.
I still haven't had any eggs yet. I going to watch the roos and make sure they are not aggressive with the hens cause I have lots of others that would like to take their place in the breeding pens.
Soon as I empty the roo pen I want to get some more eggs in different colors. I would love some A&M's and tuxedos.
