seperating chics question

hello,i am very new to this,have had 8 chics for 1 week.i' notice today that one of the older chicks has,a wound?,on her back,the others are pecking at it.it's not bloody,it may just be where feathers have been pulled out/lost.i've taken her out of the brooder and put her in her own to heal...i hope.what do i do from here and is there any suggestions for her healing faster?

You can use Blue Kote or Rooster Booster Pick no More stuff on the wound to discourage further picking. You have to keep applying it, but it can be helpful.

Are you using a red heat lamp? The red light can help to disguise the red color of blood as well.
