Seperating then reuniting chicks

So I have 8 chicks ranging from 7 weeks to 5 days old all togather. My older ones are about ready to go outside. If I put them out then waited 6 more weeks to put the others out,would they still get along or forget eachother?

Can you move everyone out at the same time and just provide your heat source in the coop?
This would be less of a haste for you and the chicks.

I should’ve asked for some clarification first: I’m assuming they are all in the same brooder right now, are they all together right now?

Yes,5 are ready to go outside,I think. I know 1 is for sure,she's my biggest,the other 7 are tiny,6 under 2 weeks and 1 silkie thats just small,maybe 4 weeks but the same size as the others
