September Online Hatching Egg Swap

I wish I could join again but I got 2 broody silkies that have hatched some of there eggs and are still sitting. And one that still hasn't started to lay so I am out of pure breed fertile eggs. And that wouldn't be a problem except that my LF are hit and miss with fertility.

Hopefully next time =)

I filled out the form earlier. I would like to be in for x1. I have 2 broody's at the moment. One started sitting yesterday. Hopefully I can get more eggs under her quickly before she changes her mind!!

How are the eggs doing from last month, I have gotten reports back from others who are hatching silkie mixes, I really did not think he was old enough, but guess he was. so now I am not sure what you might hatch.

I'm not so sure now if you were my sender of eggs or not. I only read that they came from Pennsylvania but the name was unreadable. They are doing great so far, candled and they look good!

I may be at the end of the ship time if these darn clucks & quacks don't get back in gear after their molt. I only got 1 egg since Tuesday

And that's with 100+ birds, about 30 at laying age & female

and whoever gets me no need to rush them I am patient and I know how it goes this time of year some are laying some are not. I know here one day I'll get just a couple eggs then a couple days later there are 10! The ladies can be crazy in fall. One good thing is my bantam coop is starting to lay I found 3 eggs and I have some crazy looking birds in there

I'll have to post a pick of one of the roosters it is some type of bantam but he is crazy small and cute as a button and he has to roost higher then anyone so he scopes out the top roost and finds the highest chicken on that roost and then roosts on that chickens back!
