Septic Sprinkler

My chickens are fenced in the backyard. my problem is i have an arobic septic system and the sprinklers come on to drain the tanks. the yard is big enough for them to get away from the sprinkler when it turns on, but will they avoid the septic water, or will they think it is just raining and go on about their business. also, will it hurt them if they eat the grass that has been sprinkled with the septic water?
