I am excited I just finished hatching some Seramas off ebay and my Trader Joe's eggs. I put 13 developing eggs of each into the hatcher and I got 9 babies from each type! I just took them out of the hatcher this afternoon, here are some pics.

I have 9 super cute little tiny babies, what colors do you think they will grow up to be? Especially the "spotty" babies...

I also have 9 Leghorns, they are big and healthy.

I am glad things went so well. Cute little fuzzybutts!!

There is a thread somewhere. Try doing a forum search for Trader Joe.

yeah its awesome! You should see the looks I get at the store when I tell them what I am going to do with the eggs, LOL.

Its kinda neat to take the eggs off the shelf put them in my cart, bring them home and watch them turn into chicks.

I still have 2 dozen Henry's Fertile eggs in there due to hatch on March 12th. Looks like decent fertility so far.

Technically yes, but they have to be fertile eggs and as fresh as possible. I got 3 day old eggs 9 and 11 day old eggs that have hatched. I have only been able to find them at the "Natural" type food stores like Henry's and Trader Joes and while I did find some at Whole foods none of those developed or hatched.

Are you serious? Now I have to go to TJs just to see if they carry fertilized eggs! Why in the world would people want to buy fertilized eggs to eat?
