Serama chicks coming...anything special to know?

I've brooded quail chicks before and have all the appropriate things: heat lamp, marbles in the water, ect.

Is there anything particular about this breed that I need to know? Do they like the temp higher, for instance, cause of their small size?

Thanks very much! I'm very excited and want to have everything ready for their arrival on Friday.

They are (surprisingly) no different from "normal" chickens in raising. Give them the same care that you would give a large chick and you will do fine.

Somtimes I make the crumbles into a mash for them the first week to see that they can eat it and are getting extra moisture.

Other than that its about the same here!
