Im so happy! i have been busy hatching babies! I have 6 Seramas and one Silkie running around, and one is out today, with 5 or 6 pipping! Its so exciting! This is my first year at hatching chickens, years ago I used to breed parrots and hand raise them, LOL, it was so much easier hatching parrots! I have a LG and a Hovabator (used to have two fancy ones, wish Id kept them!) Anyway, the temps have shot all over the place, I have candled the last minute, I have done all kinds of no-no's but they seem not to mind. The one that hatched this morning, I had a ? on the egg, almost tossed it, but held on to it! Bet he is happy! He in fact is trying to help the chirping egg next to him! Anyway, just wanted to share!

Congratulations! I don't know if you've had them before, but in case you haven't I just want to say seramas are so wonderful, you're going to be pleased. It's really fun watching them grow up and trying to guess what colors they'll be. You never know!
