Hi there I have some Questions about serama genetics, I know that if you breed a barred chicken and a solid colored chicken, you get an auto sexing, is that true with seramas? I already have a crele rooster. Feel Free to post whenever and ask your own questions! Also feel free to post pictures of your seramas and serama crosses!

Chicken genetics are so interesting and fun to study. Yep, I think no matter what kind of chicken it is, the color genetics are the same, which means that you should be able to get sex-linked seramas. That would be a cool project.

Yeah I think that a lot of people would be interested in it because they can't have a rooster

I've never bought any, but it really depends on the quality and breeder. Show quality roosters and hens can cost $50.
