Serama hatched out with neck crick

Hello we had a little serama chick hatch out with a crooked or floppy neck. Never happened before. Any ideas?

Looks like Star Gazing, or wry neck.

I'd treat with Vitamin E since it's neurological, or possibly due to a Deficient hen that laid that particular egg.

Yes it is now on some liquid multivitamins without iron to see if it helps. It seems a bit better already.
