Chick hatched with wry neck???

I have an erminette chick who hatched with wry neck where it stretches its head all the way until it touches its back and falls over. I have had a chick with crooked neck before and we just fed it crushed plain sunflower seeds which seemed to help but this one finds it hard to eat since there is rarely a time where it stops cramping its neck back and getting stuck. Is there anything I can do to speed up its healing?

400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily. Give the chick wet mushy chick starter with a bit of mushed up scrambled egg daily.
