Ok, so I have a huge serama roo. He's only 5 mo. old but he is massive and heavy...absolutely sweet and beautiful. Always asks permission from my one laying hen. I adore him. But my little serama hen who is a part of this flock just started showing interest in laying..and now I'm terrified. Would and could a LF chicken like Lrrrr mate with a tiny fragile serama like my Gobbles? I'm afraid if he'd try he'd kill her and not to mention I doubt any of the babies could survive in such a tiny egg. So...what should I do? Should I even worry or will he not try to mate her.
