Serama(Malaysian??) Rooster Question

I saw this rooster and fell in love. What is their behavior like? How big do they get? Are they very loud? Say like loud like a parrot? Would they be notice if it were kept indoors? I had a conur parrot once that was so loud!!

LOL I am guessing you are not alowed roos in your area! I have roos and parrots and they re both equal.

LOL Yes, rooster are not allowed here. I don't see why not when there are dogs barking all night throughout the neighborhood.
