Serama or ???

So my daughter was given this rooster for fitting and showing and was told he was a Serama. I am not convinced. Leaning towards Old english game? Thoughts? I'm not entirely familiar with either breed. Thanks!

I am no expert, but I don't think that rooster is a Serama. I don't think that his stance lines up with the breed.
