Serama Questions. Please Help.

So today i got a three month old Serama from a local breeder and i was very pleased from what i received. I only know very little about this breed and would like to ask a couple of questions. First off, does a Serama naturally get that pose of theirs or do they need to be trained? Also, does anyone know what color he is? BBR? And last of all, Does anyone see any major faults that would be noticed at a county fair?

Oh and at what age should that beautiful tail of his grow in?

I was told good quality seramas have "the" pose but you have to work with them to stand still. pet quality seramas don't have the pose or kind of have the pose
