Seramas - How to Train?

I have two cockerels and a hen. How do I make them stand up straight with their wings pointing down and their tail feathers pointing up? Can it be done?

I'm starting to work with my 7 week olds too.

I put them on the table and stroke their chests so that they stand straight and then use my other hand to encourage the tail to stand up. I'm no expert and would love to hear from others though!!!!
