Seramas, two roosters or a pair?

These serama chicks are @ 7 weeks old. Wondering if the two black and white are both roosters or if one may be a hen.
The other hens have no combs or wattles, although I know serama hens can.
One is developing slower than the other if both roosters, so I have started to wonder if he may be a she.

Congrat's on your 2 Roo's they are dapper handsome looking one's though.Nice color on them too.I think they are awesome.

Thank you all for your responses. I had someone coming to purchase chicks tonight and wanted to be sure.
I kept the one with the larger comb and sold the other as a rooster (half of a pair.)
