Hello my name is Hailey. My family and I are the ones that run Serenity Farms. We moved out on 5 acres over a year ago and a few months after moving we got out first batch of chicks and bought our first laying hens. 3 orpington and 3 barred rock chicks and 3 silver laced wyandotte hens. After a year we have a total of 22 chickens. 2 rooster, a black giant and a white silkie. 20 hens, 6 barred rock, 5 buff orpington, 3 golden comets, 2 black giants, 2 wyandotte, 1 ameraucana, and 1 white leg horn. We also just ordered 18 more chicks and that is how I found backyard chickens.com while I was researching about ordering chicks and vaccinations. Other than chickens I have worked with horses for over 14 years and have one of my own. I also have 5 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 geckos. It surely is a farm out here!
