Serious fly issue!!!

If your flies are that bad you may need to take a look at your management practices. 

What bedding/cleaning system are you using?
Do you have other animals?
I see you clean but what do you do with the manure?

But really.. the only true cure for bad fly problem is improved manure management.

Since I started using deep litter my flies have dropped dramatically.

I have been keeping it dry. I use barn dry and weekly cleanings. The used manure goes outside a ways away from the barn.
We have pigs but there are never any flies over by them. The flies like to stay in the area right inside the door.

Thanks! I got a fly trap and put it outside. It's pretty full after just a couple days. But no more I the barn
