Serious Injury/ suggestions welcome

Buy some Pic No More to hide spots from the mean girls but that looks like your roo is holding head with beak. If he started it, they will continue the wound and even corner and pull all feathers out until they can see ear lobes and they will peck the juggler vein until said chicken is dead.

Scarlex mixed with Pic no more and remove her until scab and absence of fresh wounds is gone then remove Roo when she is placed back in. May be time to do some spur trimming.

How much space do you have - coop/run - square foot of each?
How old are your roosters?
How old are your girls?

I agree, a saddle may help her. I would put some BluKote on the scabby skin, let that dry, then put on the saddle.

As @micstrachan mentioned, you need to know why there is feather loss/damage. Likely your answer is the 2 roosters. That looks like rooster damage to me.
Personally, I would not separate the pullets/hens, leave them all together.
Separate out 1 or both roosters. You mention that one is particularly nasty - what does that mean? He's nasty to people, to the pullets/hens or both?

Photos of coop/run and flock are always welcome.
Hi,
Here is the requested info:
1- 10X7 coop plus nesting boxes, so roughly 4 sqft/bird
2- fenced run 100 ft X50 ft, currently under some 10" of snow, some 200 sqft cleared (pics are from late NOV/early DEC ) .
3- all birds are 3 days shy of 10 months old
4- No. 2 (SL WYN) is aggressive towards anything that moves, except No. 1 (LB Leghorn), with whom he maintains a healthy separation when conditions allow.

Words of wisdom are very welcome, but please note the urgency, weather, and lack of facilities to separate.

You have a generous outdoor space!
So you do have some outside space cleared and they aren't staying "cooped up'?

I make her and any others that need a saddle for the time being until you can make some separate housing. Do you need 2 roosters?

Seems to me space is not the issue, but Rooster #2 may be too aggressive.

Unfortunately, I don’t have rooster experience. I would definitely lengthen the saddle right away, since that is your best bet for protecting her right now.
