I mean, what do THEY expect you to do with $300.00 a week unemployment? Really now!

Oh it sucks when you only got a $300 unemployment and the bank expect you to cough that much dough. That is why so many homes went into foreclosures besides rash decisions going above their means but for those who really wanted to keep their homes should have a temporarily relief or refin if possible. Banks do not want your homes, just the money!

I understand and I can empathize with you hun! I've never been so close to losing my home and I can't get any help because I'm employed. They don't take into consideration you do actually have bills, you have to eat, have utilities, etc. They just say oh you get this amount a month? Then you can pay!

So, I just have to add...I said earlier I was waiting on my modification approval...found out today I got approved, and they knocked $10 off a month....sorry to be ungreatful, but what is $10 gonna help? Yay, I can buy some gum! But they did add what we were behind onto the end of the loan.
