Okay, (sorry this may be a long post
I want to get a bantam rooster so I can start my hatch. He has scaly leg, so I need to research scaly leg first.
My friend says that if you treat it every week it will not spread. Is this true??? If the rooster jumps my hens they will not get it if I treat it lots?
I am also getting another hen from her and she has scaly leg too. Does that make a bigger risk for my other two hens? Should I quarantine them until they are cured?
I wanted to start the hatch as soon as possible though
Also I think my other standard rooster has scaly leg too. His legs are so big and a billion tiny little lumps...
So?
Any other facts about scaly leg would be great too
