How is it going? Sometimes excess albumin (egg white) can become very yellowed over the period of incubation and I'm hoping that is what was dripping out...I'm assuming the crack is a pip?
If it really is yolk, what likely occurred is that the poult tore its yolk sac maneuvering inside and that generally doesn't end well. If you intervene, you risk it bleeding to death because the veins tend to still be externally active until the yolk is absorbed. If you wait until it isn't at bleeding risk (which may already be the case considering when you first posted) you may end up having with its intestines outside, because that tends to occur when the yolk sac is damage.
If it isn't disemboweled but is leaking yolk, you can tie off the sac that remains with dental floss and try to save it. The poult will not have the reserves to live off of when it hasn't a yolk to fall back on, so you'll need to run out and get baby parrot food powder and mix it into a pudding-like consistency and feed the poult through a 3cc syringe. It will need to tap it off of the syringe, because baby turkeys eat off of their momma's beak.
