Hello
One of our bantam chickens went broody on us last week so we decided to purchase some eggs to put under her.
We do not have a rooster so decided to buy some in. We have put 6 White Cochin eggs under her on the 10/05/2012!
We then kind of got the bug and brought an incubator!!
So yesterday we put in 6 campine eggs, 3 buff orpingtons, 3 buff columbians, 3 plymouth rock, 3 Excheque leghorn and 6 more White cochin eggs!!
I think we will candle the eggs set under the broody on sunday which is day 10!
Thought if anyone else has set any we can go along the process together!!
