Well today I set 3 dozen eggs and now time to wait. I got a dozen from a local hatchery, they are just a barnyard mix of sussex and some others for a dual purpose bird. Then I got 2 dozen from a guy close that has orpingtons,delewares,RIR,and a bunch of others. I just asked for a mix of all. Can anyone fast forward me to hatch day?? haha. This will be my first hatching of chickens. Gonna just do what I normally do with my quail and it should all work fine.
On what day does everyone go into lockdown? I know they all say 3 days but for me with quail I went into lockdown on day 15 and they hatch on day 17.
