Set eggs 3/5. Looking for others to hatch with!

WWC- I though for sure I had killed mine too, but my pip from yesterday just hatched about an hour ago! 3am on day 21! Just give them time and every time you look in, encourage them.

Thank you for the encouragement. I'm very, very, very nervous. I put my very special baby that absolutely has to make it under my best broody that is sitting. I looked at it last night and it survived the transition from the incubator to the hen and was playing up a storm!!!!!!! If nobody else makes it but this one, I can live with that. My new incubator will be here this week (hopefully) and I have three more dozen eggs to try and make babies with!
Tomorrow is the big day so I'm sure I will be spending a lot of time peeking in the incubator today. I can't remember what time I set them. How does knowing when you put them in help you to know what time they are coming?

The parent stock is visual blue (heterozygous), which should produce 50% blue, 25% black and 25% splash, according to the explanation of blue genetics as I understand it. I'm hoping to get one blue cockerel to mate with my current splash stock. A pullet would be a wonderful bonus!

ETA: They are indeed small eggs, but so lovely.

WWC- I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. I am heart sick reading all the posts of people having eggs that have peeped, pipped, and zipped, and I'd just be happy for a wiggle right now. I can't remember being this nervous when I was the ONE having a baby!

It's been 51 hrs since I put them in lockdown. I'm getting a little nervous. I haven't heard or seen anything yet, but hatch day isn't until tomorrow. About to go to sleep and see what they look like in the morning. Still hoping for the best!!!

Same thing going here.....no pip....no cheep.....no wiggle.....nothing. I told my son I wish they would all hatch tonight while I'm asleep and I just wake up and there's chicks sitting in my box and it will all be over with.
But one of my barn chicks was pipping today!!!!!!! I gave it to my broody that has been sitting on top of a toolbox for weeks and weeks. She just decided two days ago to sit on another hen's eggs in a nesting box so it worked out perfect. I thought I was going to have to try to put her in a crate. I hope she hatches a baby more than I hope I hatch a baby. I have five hens and they all have chicks getting ready to be born. It's not that many chicks though because I made everyone share the eggs so each hen would have at least one baby to love and then when the mommas are finished the chicks can be together. My roo has been pacing in the barn the past two days acting like a nervous proud pappa. He's attacking everyone who comes in and sleeping next to dark Earleen and won't let the other two hens that aren't broody near her. It's really neat to watch them. I wonder what they say to each other that they know babies are coming???

Hatch day is tomorrow for me too. Someone could at least let out a peep or move an egg a little. I am hatching in egg crates this time and I wonder how much harder it will be to see wiggling going on. Well, at least by this time tomorrow I will hopefully know if this time will be success or failure.
Congragulations to everyone with new babies!!!!!!! Pictures are always enjoyed.

WWC, good luck!! I put in a whole slew of marans a few days before you. Most weren't fertilised, but so far i have 3 babies and 4 possible eggs left. Ill hink good thoughts for you and all your broody hens!

Well I'm at 33 out of 45 hatched. Not sure if any late comers will show in the morning. And all are a shade of grey. Roo was a splash maran hens where Ameraucanas, EE, and 1 BCM, 1 giant cochin. But all are super cute.
