Iwent into lockdown Thujrsday evening after work. Everything is looking good and this morning the creeping woke me up!! I jumped up to look, but no chicks yet. I came back to bed and just layed and listened!! Sweet sound for sure!

Well I now have 6 out. 5 EE's and 1 blue copper maran. All the chicks so far look blue. I have a few more I see poking out of the shells. Having thick shells on my eggs didn't help them lol.

Okay, so it's been about 14 hrs since I candled the egg and saw it trying to get into the air cell. I haven't heard or seen anything yet. How long will it take until they internally pip? I'm really tempted to candle but I know I shouldn't.

Freeking out. I know it is only day 20, but I got a call this morning from someone wanting chicks! I need these babies to hatch, and now my tummy is doing flip flops and I am scared nobody will hatch. My first order! And I got the official go ahead to build a cabinet incubator if I can keep up selling them!

Howdy All; up date from lastnight, I now have 3 out of the shell & into the brooder :1 black australorp , 2 Golden cuckoo Marans; So now I just have to hope the rest will pull through. temps 100-101F humidity 55%
