Setting eggs August 9, anyone else?

This is my first time incubating. I set my eggs August 9. Anyone else have a similar set date?

I have 43 eggs from 3 different sellers here on BYC and ebay. All were shipped from back east and arrived without any broken eggs. I had a hard time candling to check if the air sacks were detached so I just put them all in the bator and am hoping for the best.

Here is my set up:

Hova Bator thermal air flow with computer fan installed and automatic egg turner.
I am using 3 different thermometers with the probes inside a water wiggler and the average temp is about 99.5.
Humidity is 25-30% (I am using dry method)

So, the first of what I am sure will be many questions:

the day that I set the eggs, is that day 0 or day 1?

From my understanding if you set in the morning that is considered day 1 if you set them later in the evening the next day is Day 1. I set eggs at 10pm on July 17th and was told that my Day 1 was on the 18th.
