Everyone has a different method that works for them. It depends on where you live but you could use your method of hatching and your neighbor could do it the same exact way and totally fail. With each hatch you do you learn something new and you use that knowledge for your next hatch.OMG- Exactly! I am sitting here thinking --what if, did I, should I have. . . And I can't go back and change anything. These are not my eggs and I really have no idea what to expect for a good hatch rate.
Plus this humidity issue makes me nuts.
I have only hatched in the incubator once before and this time my humidity was a little lower but steady for the past few weeks. I put a washcloth in tonight because someone here suggested it, last time I used a sponge. I got the turner out and I am waiting to see where the humidity gets to from what I just did.
Never sure what is right because there seems to be so many people who all swear to different ways of hatching.
