Awww look at the little thing!![]()
Just candled mine. (I couldn't take it any longer!) They fill up so much shell you can't really see 'em anymore.
My mom called and said my dad had been admitted and they had given him pain meds.
I just finished day 16. Seeing as it's 1 am it's technically day 17. I have 32 eggs in the incubator with one clear that I can see. I just don't want to toss it yet. The remaining 31 look viable. No, I didn't candle them all tonight, I've been candling different ones each day.LaynaDon, what day are you on? How many eggs do you have still and just curious ...did you candle them all?
We just had a scare a week ago (last Sunday) when we had to take our son to the hospital. I know alot of people were praying for him from our church. I really hope they find the problem and everything is OK with your Dad.
My dad is home. They got in at about 2:30 last night. He has a kidney stone. There isn't much we can do but wait it out.
Last day of turning! I'm getting antsy. I have got to set up the brooder.
Is it the air pockets that make you nervous about your hatch? I don't really know what they are supposed to look like. I hope they do hatch.as long as it isnt that big it will pass, just very painfully. be thankfull that its not something more serious.
i'm going into lockdown on thursday day 19, plugged in my other bator and getting it set up for hatching still hoping they hatch out so worried i wont get any...if not i'm gonna order more eggs and stop by the feed store and pick some feather legged chicks up (the uglest ones at that as i am doing a little test heard they are almost always pullets and i will also do anouther test in which i lay the chick on its back in my hand and tilt it so that its head is lower than its body to see what it does with its feet)
